About the Role :
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with 2-5 years of experience to join our collaborative and family-oriented team. Key Responsibilities :
Design, draft, and develop mechanical components using tools such as AutoCAD or equivalent software.
Utilize 3D printing for prototyping and production processes.
Develop and implement fixturing solutions to support manufacturing needs.
Design and oversee the packaging (casing) of industrial components for durability and functionality.
Collaborate on electrical design and electronics assembly using tools like Altium Designer.
Ensure compliance with ISO manufacturing standards and contribute to procedure documentation.
Apply lean manufacturing methodologies to enhance processes and efficiencies.
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively, maintaining organized project execution.
Communicate professionally with leadership, cross-functional teams, and non-technical stakeholders.
Adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining a flexible, solution-driven approach.
Qualifications : Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Experience :
2-5 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering.
Technical Skills :
Proficiency in 3D design, drafting standards, and 3D printing.
Knowledge of ISO standards and lean manufacturing methodologies.
Experience in electronics assembly, packaging design, and electrical design.
Certifications :
Relevant certifications in mechanical design or lean manufacturing are a plus.
Soft Skills :
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
