About the Role
We are seeking a Process Engineer to join our team and lead the process engineering function. Reporting directly to the COO, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing manufacturing processes, improving operational efficiency, and supporting the company’s sustained growth. Key Responsibilities
Utilize the company’s ERP system to analyze and optimize manufacturing processes.
Conduct full-cycle process engineering, including time studies and addressing bottlenecks.
Implement and improve safety practices, process optimizations, and best practices.
Develop and maintain ISO-compliant written procedures.
Collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to drive process improvements.
Represent the company professionally, reflecting its values of quality, collaboration, and employee satisfaction.
Apply lean manufacturing and electronics assembly methodologies to enhance efficiency.
Contribute to packaging and packing design and optimization.
Address static control (static electricity) issues and implement preventative measures.
Adapt to shifting priorities and thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.
Experience :
Proven experience in full-cycle process engineering, including time studies and process optimization.
Experience in an ISO-compliant manufacturing environment.
Background in electronics or automotive manufacturing is highly desirable. Technical Skills :
Familiarity with ERP systems and lean manufacturing principles.
Knowledge of electronic design methodologies and static control measures. Certifications :
Relevant industry certifications are a plus. Soft Skills :
Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Leadership qualities are a significant plus but not required.
Problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic situations.
