Barback– Halidom Eatery
The Barback will work with and assist the Bartender at Halidom Eatery. Ideal candidates will possess a hands on bar background, display a positive and customer focused mindset, and are supremely reliable. Must have ability to lift more than 50lbs, and ability to change keg as needed.
Halidom Eatery is Atlanta’s most unique food hall, featuring 10 eclectic local food vendors, a private event space, the beautiful Bar La Rose, and the soon to come Pink Bird bar. The eatery features regular weekly specials and events open to all members of the community.

Compensation:
$11.00-$11.00 USD per hour tips
Responsibilities
Essential Job Duties:
- Assist bartender in performing all bartending functions; making drinks; stocking; opening and closing procedures
- Assist Events Manager; host and execute special events
- Provide excellent customer service
Non-Essential Job Duties:
- Provide coverage for employees during breaks or period of high traffic including: bartending, bussing, serving, stocking, cleaning
- Promote Halidom Eatery to increase customer traffic
- Administrative tasks as assigned
Reports To:
The Barback will report to management staff
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Experience in a high-volume bar and/or restaurant/food hall environment
- Ability to operate and program POS system; computer savvy
- TIPS certification or ability to obtain
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift more than 50 lbs as needed
