Hourly Compensation: $15.50-16.00 USD per hour, DOE.

Responsibilities

The Mail/Copy Service Specialist will work with the on-site IST Management team to provide office support to employees and guests. Other responsibilities include: 

• Perfrom copy/print services using high speed copiers.
• Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs and faxes to customers
• Complete hospitality services  
• Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
• Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages
• Participate in cross-training Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail

Qualifications

Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience, are a team player and are willing to train! Other qualifications include:

• Must have access to reliable transportation to reach locations not on public transportation routes
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
• Copy services, Customer Service, Hospitality, Facilities Management or Retail background preferred
• Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work
• Lifting up to 55 pounds

Salary : $16 - $16
