Overview

IST Management is seeking a Legal Office Services Site Manager to join our Downtown St. Louis team! The Legal Offices Site Manager is responsible for providing on-site management to support our facilties operation in Print/Scan/Mail/Hospitality and Office Service functions. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of Site Management experience in the Legal environment and managing a team of 10 employees. Manager must have strong leadership skills and have the ability to lead a diverse team of employees and deliver a high level of customer end user service while using critical and analytical skills in delivering pratical solutions.

Annual Compensation: $57,000 - $60,000

 

Schedule: Must have flexible schedule to work early and late shifts. Overall hours of operation are 7:30 AM - 8:00 PM

Responsibilities

The Legal Office Services Site Manager is responsible for providing on-site daily leadership. Other duties include:

  • Professional and friendly customer service; verbal and written interaction with internal and external clients with excellent use of business etiquette and critical thinking skills.
  • Hospitality services: Conference room management (i.e setting up/breakdown for meetings and events, arranging and moving tables/chairs, assist with catering orders, other related tasks as needed)
  • Mail/Copy/Print Center - Ability to manage workflow and direct team in best practices and utilize current technology to leverage workflow. Make viable recommendations on industry trends and solutions to improve operations efficiency
  • Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines; take direction from Sr. Management and maintain communication with full participation in all scheduled meetings.
  • Participate in cross-training and develop plans for execution of cross training of team members.
  • Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail and 
  • Adhere to all safety procedures; perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Ideal candidates have the ability to confidently interact with clients and visitors, possess excellent communication abilities, and are ready to grow in their professional career. Previous experience in a Site Manager is a requirement! Other qualifications include:

  • Prior Legal Office/Corporate Management experience.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency required
  • High School Diploma or GED required; authorization to work for any employer in the US required 
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to effectively lead a team environment; willingness to cross-train for other job functions and must be a working manager.
  • Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

 

Salary : $57,000 - $60,000
