IST Management is seeking a Title/Document Fulfillment Associate to join the Franklin team! The Document Fulfillment Associate will be responsible for handling Corporate Title print and processing tasks, in addition to mail services and other support services provided on-site daily. Ideal candidates must have moderate to advanced skills with computers and Microsoft, are customer service minded, have relevant experience in either document production or clerical environment, willing to train, are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with heavy attention to details, and are ready to grow in their professional career!

Hourly Compensation: $16.00 to $17.00 USD, based on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-time (8hr shifts, 1hr off for lunch) schedules available ranging from 7am-5:30pm.
Responsibilities
MCO” Manufacturer Certificate of Origin is a document required to sell vehicles in the United States.
- Maintain the highest levels of customer service and care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude; Working in a team centered environment completing tasks as assigned to uphold client and site needs; Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
- Consistently adhere to business and safety procedure guidelines; Take direction from supervisor or site management
- Manufactures Certificate of Origin (MCO) Print and Processing Tasks
- Operating a computer in an AS400 environment
- Maintaining, trouble shooting and supplying IBM and Printronix impact printers
- Oversee service calls on equipment including service calls, tracking and completing Service Tracking Tickets.
- Daily printing of documents and required reports for processing MCOs and invoices
- Extensive and complicated logging of documents printed with stock used
- Read and comprehend printed control reports and shipping exception sheets
- Matching MCO and invoice documents by vehicle identification number (VIN)
- Package MCO and matching invoice documents for shipment by USPS or FedEx
- Operate postage meter and process daily mail
- Operate FedEx PowerShip system
- Quality check all files, printed documents, and FedEx packages for accuracy and quality
- Communicate effectively with coworkers, management, and clients via e-mail, written, and verbal communication
- Interact with internal clients and external users to provide appropriate information on printed documents and shipping information using daily files to search for print data, dealer information, and tracking information
- Stock shelves with document supplies and maintain envelope supplies (boxes may weigh up to 50 lbs.); Maintain MCO print room and work areas in an orderly neat fashion
- Maintain logs and reporting documentation with attention to detail; Assist in creation of standard operating procedures
- Participate in cross-training for other areas of focus on site (i.e. warehouse, mail services, print services, switchboard, fulfillment etc.); Participate in company required online self-directed training
Qualifications
- Ability to meet employer's time and attendance policy
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time; Good vision and attention to detail (must have ability to read and match small print consistently)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED), College a plus
- Moderate to advanced keyboarding and windows environment PC skills (AS400 familiarity a plus); Competency in performing multiple functional tasks; Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Professional appearance and demeanor; Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
- Access to reliable transportation to and from work
- Lifting up to 55 pounds ; Intense walking, bending, squatting
