Responsibilities
Ideal candidates have high end customer service skills, copy / mail experience, and have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Duties include but are not limited to :
- Operating mailing, copy, printing and scanning equipment
- Driving vehicle to deliver and pick up projects
- Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
- Ordering supplies for the copy center and copier fleet
- Maintaining and updating IST reporting tools
- Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications :
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Drivers License
- Exceptional attention to detail
- 1 year experience working in a professional office or copy / mail center a HUGE plus
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Excellent attendance - reliable; ability to work independently and in a team setting
