Position Details :
This direct hire role is full-time and performs facility support / coordination services work. Hours will range within M-F 7 : 30AM- 4 : 30PM daily Monday through Friday. No standing nights, or weekends. All support and work will be in the Grand Rapids location. Business professional dress code and standards are required.
Hourly Co mpensation(annualized) : $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 annually, DOE. Approved overime included for project needs.

Responsibilities
This direct hire role is a full time Site Manager / Facility Leader and performs office and facility support services work. Hours will range within M-F 7 : 30AM- 4 : 30PM.
- Provide high levels of customer care and a friendly, cooperative attitude
Manage facility needs including HVAC support, Building repairs, Vendor coordination and Facility access / alarm systems
Assist with annual budget planning process for departments supported
Work with vendors for new capital projects
Data Entry Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages
Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail
