Position Details :
This direct hire role is part time, on call, and performs office services work. Hours will range within M-F 8 : 00AM- 6 : 00PM. No nights, no weekends. All locations worked will be in the Indianapolis metro area. Business professional dress code and standards are required.
Hourly Co mpensation : $16.00-17.50 USD per hour, DOE
Amenities : Access to public transportation nearby. Great working environment! No Nights / Weekends!
Responsibilities
The Mail / Copy Team Member - Full Time will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude, in addition to :
- Demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
- Shipping & Receiving / ordering and stocking of supplies
- Operate mailing, copy and binding equipment
- Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs and print requests to customers
- Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
- Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines as well as all safety procedures
- Perform other tasks as assigned
