Part Time Mail Copy Specialist

Position Details:

This direct hire role is part time, on call, and performs office services work. Hours will range within M-F 8:00AM- 6:00PM. No weekends. All locations worked will be in the Downtown Chicago Area. Business professional dress code and standards are required.

Hourly Compensation: $16.00-18.00 USD per hour

Amenities: Access to public transportation nearby. Great working environment! No Weekends!

Responsibilities

The Copy/Mail Team Member will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude, in addition to:

• Operating mailing, copy and fax equipment
• Print/Copy Production skills
• Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
• Shipping & Receiving/ Ordering supplies
• Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs and faxes to customers
• Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
• Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines as well as all safety procedures
• Perform other tasks as assigned
  
  

Qualifications

The Copy/Mail Team Member will possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written, is effectively able to work independently and in a team environment, in addition to:

• Must have access to reliable transportation to reach locations not on public transportation routes
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
• Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Legal background preferred
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
• Lifting up to 55 pounds
