Hourly Compensation : $14.00 - $14.00 USD per hr (DOE)
Work Schedule : On-Call (Monday - Friday 7 : 00am - 5 : 00pm) Schedule will vary based on an "as needed" basis
Location : This position will support our locations in Houston, Kingwood, and The Woodlands areas
Responsibilities
The Part-Time (On-call) Mail Center Support team member will perform mail center related tasks, shipping & receiving, along with document printing, hospitality, conference room services, and front desk reception services. Additional responsibilities include :
- Mail Operations - Sort & deliver incoming mail according to established procedures
- Shipping / Receiving Services - Receive & scan in / out overnight packages
- Reception coverages as needed - smiling and greeting clients & visitors, answering phones and directing calls to appropriate personnel
- Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
- Setup conference rooms for meetings, maintain site common areas, including kitchen / break-rooms to ensure areas are cleaned (ie - unload / load dishwasher, setup water and coffee for meetings, etc)
- Adhere to safety, security and business procedure guidelines
- Provide support on an "as needed basis" to assigned locations in Houston, Kingwood, and The Woodlands areas and perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor / manager
