What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Vehicle Porter position at IST Management?
Overview :
Consider a new, rewarding career today with IST Management Services! This is a part-time, direct hire role with IST Management Services. Employee will mainly be responsible for taking company vehicles to different vendors for service, in addition to other administrative tasks as assigned. Looking for a safety minded individual to assist with our fleet service in Berkeley, CA. Ideal candidate would be able to fill in full time on occasion. Able to pass drug screening and background check.
To qualify for this position, you must have a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record (must be willing to submit to MVR-Motor Vehicle Records Screen to drive on behalf of IST Management).
Compensation : $18.00 - $18.00 USD / Per Hour
Hours : 7 : 00 AM to 12 : 00 PM - Monday to Thursday - Total of 20 hours per week

Responsibilities :
The position will be responsible for taking company vehicles to different vendors for service and other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Assist as needed to ensure site and client needs are being met and maintained
- Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
- Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
- Take direction from supervisor or site manager
- Participate in cross-training
- Maintain all logs and reporting documentation
- Perform other tasks as assigned
