Job Overview

Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively to create a safe and productive learning environment.
- Provide individualized instruction based on students' needs, including early intervention strategies when necessary.
- Conduct assessments and standardized testing to evaluate student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Collaborate with colleagues in curriculum development and share best practices for teaching.
- Facilitate physical education activities that promote health and wellness among students.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding student performance, behavior, and development.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor or higher degree in Education or related field
- US Citizen or Work Authorization.
- Must pass level 2 background screening.
- Proven experience in classroom management.
- Strong knowledge of educational principles, lesson planning, and curriculum development.
- Ability to provide tutoring support for students needing additional assistance.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A commitment to fostering a nurturing environment that supports the holistic development of children.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,200.00 per month
