We are seeking a Warehouse Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage a team of warehouse associates, and ensure efficient handling of goods within the distribution center.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities
- Manage inventory control processes to maintain accuracy
- Train, mentor, and lead warehouse staff
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Oversee inbound and outbound shipments
- Coordinate with logistics teams for timely order fulfillment
- Implement best practices for materials handling and storage
- Monitor and optimize warehouse layout for efficiency
Requirements
- Prior experience in warehouse management or as a warehouse supervisor
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment Knowledge of e-commerce and 3PL logistics is a plusStrong understanding of distribution center operationsExcellent team management and leadership skills
- Forklift Driver Certified Cherry picker/Stand Up/Turret
- Bilingual
- Knowledge in Word, Excell and Outlook is a must
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Warehouse experience: 2 years (Preferred)
