Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and functioning of our facilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, HVAC repairs, and electrical fixes. Maintain pool chemicals in season.
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify issues
- Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
- Oversee and supervise maintenance staff when necessary
Requirements
- Strong mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Experience in facilities maintenance
- Leadership skills to supervise maintenance tasks effectively
- Customer service-oriented mindset to address maintenance issues promptly
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
