Isto is seeking a full-time Territory Manager (“TM”) based in the Columbus, OH area for the territory covering OH, PA, WV, IN, KY, and UPNY.
Position Duties and Responsibilities –
- The Territory Manager is responsible for direct sales of Company’s products to ensure the achievement of sales objectives by calling on prospective accounts/customers, working with distribution partners, providing technical and administrative information/demonstration and support, and managing the business in the designated sales region.
- The TM is responsible for growth and maintenance of existing accounts, lead generation, qualification activities, and development and management of the opportunity pipeline and bringing on and maintaining new accounts/partners/physicians.
- The Territory’s sales strategy is in alignment with the strategic priorities of the organization and success and achievement is based on sales revenue and growth, territory business management, and personal development.
- The TM appropriately utilizes available resources to achieve consistent results to assigned accounts, develops creative solutions for customers consistent with business plan objectives, and evaluates and implements appropriate sales techniques to increase revenue.
- The TM acts as a liaison with established accounts to ensure satisfaction and maintains up to date records and attends and participates in sales meetings, training programs, conventions and trade shows as necessary.
- The TM is required to operate applicable areas of the Quality Management System.
Education / Experience –
- A demonstrated track record of sales success and accomplishment in a related sales capacity, with 2 years of previous experience preferred.
- OR based Medical Sales and/or Medical Device Sales experience preferred.
- Position also requires outstanding self-motivation, leadership, interpersonal, administrative, and communication skills.
- A four-year Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific, technical or business field or equivalent education/experience is desired.
- Valid driver’s license required.
