Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Brand Ambassador and spa Experience Manager to join our team and represent our holistic skincare brand at leading spa partners across the United States. This role combines hands-on training, relationship-building, and brand advocacy to elevate the presence and integration of our products in luxury spa settings.
Key Responsibilities
Education & Training
· Develop and deliver engaging training programs (virtual and in-person) for spa partners, estheticians, retail and reception staff.
· Train accounts on product benefits, proper usage, and holistic skincare practices to enhance sales and service quality.
· Create educational materials, including presentations, videos, and manuals, tailored to various learning needs.
· Serve as the subject matter expert for the product line, providing insights into ingredients, benefits, and application techniques.
Customer Service Management
· Lead in delivering exceptional experiences to spa partners and individual clients.
· Act as the primary point of contact for escalated client concerns, resolving issues efficiently and empathetically.
· Develop processes to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
· Monitor customer service metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.
Sales Support & Relationship Management
· Build strong relationships with spa partners, providing ongoing support to optimize product use and retail success.
· Collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities and align education efforts with sales goals.
· Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and training workshops to promote brand visibility and build connections.
Operations & Administration
· Maintain training schedules, track client participation, and manage follow-up communications.
· Oversee the customer service database, ensuring accurate records and reporting.
· Contribute to the development of marketing and sales collateral in collaboration with the marketing team.
· Build strong relationships with spa partners, providing ongoing support to optimize product use and retail success.
Qualifications:
· Licensed aesthetician and massage therapist with a deep understanding of spa treatments and protocols.
· Strong passion for holistic wellness, skincare, and luxury spa experiences.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a natural ability to inspire and educate.
· Willingness to travel extensively across the United States to support spa partners.
· Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines and goals.
· Prior experience in training or brand representation within the skincare or spa industry is highly desirable.
