**Job Summary:**
The Sales Analyst will coordinate sales operations including production order taking, shipping, invoicing, payments, and financial activities. They will communicate with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth process from order taking to shipping documentation. Moreover, the Sales Analyst will develop and implement process improvements to achieve sales goals efficiently by researching and analyzing historical orders/sales data.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Administer communication between involved parties to ensure alignment
- Control and maintain the Administration Table with relevant information
- Resolve operational issues during the sales process
- Run production-ordering processes with dealers and trading companies
- Advise dealers on shipment information and shipping documents
- Create re-invoices and pro-forma invoices and ensure on-time payments from dealers
- Monitor and maintain the CV Order Taking System platform
- Design, develop, and update standard operating procedures for sales operations
- Identify improvement opportunities in the sales process and implement solutions
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Oversee Fleet Incentive Programs and other incentive programs to achieve sales targets
- Manage daily office activities and assist with travel and meeting requests
- Support the planning and organization of special projects like the ILAC Regional Conference
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of three years of experience in a dynamic work environment
- General knowledge of automotive and truck industries
- Familiarity with Latin American customs and business practices
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
**Physical Standards:**
The Sales Analyst position is primarily sedentary in a controlled office environment. The role may require lifting light office materials and reports.
Domestic and international travel up to 25% with overnight stays.
The pay scale for this role is from $63,628 to $79,535. The base salary will be determined based on a variety of factors, such as relevant experience and education.
