We are seeking a Network and Computer Systems Administrator to support our customer’s operations at Offutt AFB, NE. This effort provides our Government customer with intelligence support services. This position will be on-site and will require an active Top Secret/SCI Clearance with NC2/ESI, SAP STO eligibility, and CI polygraph eligibility.

Responsibilities:

• Install, test, deploy, and maintain mission-critical applications, including both new and upgraded versions
• Create comprehensive user guides to help end users effectively navigate tools and applications
• Administer Windows and Linux systems, managing patching, system hardening, application deployment, and documenting changes per change management protocols
• Provide ongoing support for Geospatial applications and their associated functional requirements
• Diagnose and resolve system and network issues to ensure high availability and optimal system performance
• Work closely with security teams to apply system security best practices and maintain regulatory compliance
• Keep detailed documentation of system configurations, operational procedures, and technical processes
• Assist with system upgrades, migrations, and implementations to support evolving technical needs

Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

• US Citizenship
• Active TS/SCI, NC2/ESI, SAP STO Eligibility, pass a CI polygraph examination

Required Experience:

• Minimum five (5) years’ experience supporting the integration and operation of mission applications; assist in the identification, demonstration, installation, and testing of new and enhanced applications
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in developing user guides to assist end users in utilizing tools and applications
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience with Windows and Linux system administration, including patching, deploying applications, securing operating systems, and documenting changes through a change management process
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience using and maintaining Geospatial applications and requirements

Education and Certifications:

• A Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college or university
• Current DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification or current DoD 8140 certification

The employee will continuously be required to repeat the same hand, arm, or finger motion many times. Manual and finger dexterity are essential to this position. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, depth perception and telling differences among colors. The employee must be able to communicate through speech with clients and the public. Hearing requirements include conversation in both quiet and noisy environments. Lifting may require floor to waist, waist to shoulder, or shoulder to overhead movement of up to 20 pounds. This position demands tolerance for various levels of mental stress.
