I2X Technologies is seeking a Software Engineer to support ongoing activities for a customer in Longmont, CO. This position will be hybrid with NO clearance requirement.
- Plans, conducts, and coordinates software development activities.
- Designs, develops, documents, tests, and debugs software
- Applies the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the development life cycle.
- Corrects program errors, prepares operating instructions, compiles documentation of program development, and analyzes system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls.
- Ensures software standards are met.
- Advanced degree with 3 years of experience, 5 years with a Bachelors
- Background experience with software quality or automation

- Proficient in Java
- Microservices knowledge
- C
- Qt framework (GUI)
- pub/sub messaging
- PostgreSQL
- Linux environments
- Ansible Scripting
- Agile Methodologies
- Full software development cycle
- Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD pipeline, distributed systems, machine learning and multi-threaded applications is a plus
