Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Support security measures by implementing firewalls, VPNs, and access controls.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to optimize network infrastructure.
- Document network configurations, changes, and best practices.
- Provide technical support to end-users and escalate issues when necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
- Familiarity with routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco, Juniper, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced IT environment.
- Certifications like CCNA or Network are a plus but not required.
