HelpDesk Specialist

The candidate will serve as a member of the Client Deployment team, who's primarily job function, is shipping and receiving of IT equipment in New York.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Shipping IT equipment to remote offices and home users
  • Reclaiming IT equipment from terminated users
  • Documenting and controlling IT inventory
  • Packing of IT equipment
  • Ordering inventory
  • Imaging workstations
  • Managing stock room

Qualifications / Skills Required

  • Having high attention to detail
  • Being able to work with a team
  • Having good communication skills.
  • Being able to perform repetitive tasks
  • Being flexible to work on weekends and at nights
  • Having interpersonal skills
  • Having organization skills
  • Having supervisory skills
