Key Responsibilities:
- IAM Strategy & Architecture: Design and implement IAM solutions, including identity governance, privileged access management (PAM), and single sign-on (SSO) across the organization.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure IAM policies align with financial industry regulations (e.g., PCI-DSS, SOX, GDPR) and internal security frameworks.
- Authentication & Authorization: Define and manage secure access control policies, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Technology Implementation: Deploy and maintain IAM tools such as Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft Azure AD, or similar platforms.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate IAM-related security risks, preventing unauthorized access to critical systems and sensitive financial data.
- Integration & Automation: Work with IT teams to integrate IAM solutions with cloud platforms, applications, and enterprise systems, automating access management processes.
- Incident Response & Monitoring: Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to monitor IAM systems, detect anomalies, and respond to security incidents.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with security, IT, compliance, and business teams to align IAM solutions with organizational goals.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in IAM architecture, preferably in financial services.
- Strong knowledge of IAM frameworks, identity federation, and directory services.
- Hands-on experience with IAM tools (Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, ForgeRock, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud IAM solutions (Azure AD, AWS IAM, Google Cloud Identity).
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements (PCI-DSS, SOX, GDPR, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CIAM, etc.) are a plus.
