Key Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 suite, including Excel, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Excel-related issues, including advanced functions, macros, and data integration problems.
- Manage and support SharePoint and OneDrive environments, ensuring seamless access and collaboration.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining IT systems, including user accounts, permissions, and configurations.
- Document issues, solutions, and IT processes to build a robust knowledge base.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure system performance and reliability.
- Support end-users with effective communication and solutions to enhance user satisfaction.
- Utilize Power BI and SQL knowledge (if applicable) to assist with data analysis, reporting, and database support.
