We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team in White Plains. This hybrid role combines technical troubleshooting expertise with a proactive approach to supporting end-users across various IT platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in IT support and be eager to bring value to our organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 suite, including Excel, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Excel-related issues, including advanced functions, macros, and data integration problems.
• Manage and support SharePoint and OneDrive environments, ensuring seamless access and collaboration.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining IT systems, including user accounts, permissions, and configurations.
• Document issues, solutions, and IT processes to build a robust knowledge base.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure system performance and reliability.
• Support end-users with effective communication and solutions to enhance user satisfaction.
• Utilize Power BI and SQL knowledge (if applicable) to assist with data analysis, reporting, and database support.
