Responsibilities:
Must Have:
- Research and understand the clients, their workflows and the problems our company is trying to solve for them.
- Host client research calls and implement data tracking to drive product decisions.
- Be the business and client voice within the product development team to ensure our company is building products that solve our clients' problems.
- Help set priorities and determine the product roadmap.
Must Have:
- 6 years of work experience in Product Management roles working with engineering teams.
- A problem solver who can identify the problems that our clients have and then think through creative solutions to those problems.
- Comfortable meeting with clients and conducting user interviews.
- A self-starter, decisive and able to move with speed to implement ideas.
- Resourceful: you don't always have all the answers, but you know how to find them.
- Analytical thinker.
- Detail oriented and relentless with breaking down product plans and requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communicator - good at telling the story, the problems to solve and the plan on how to get there.
- Ability to think big picture and understand the problems we're trying to solve, while also being able to zoom in on the nuances of implementation.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent follow through.
- Experience in the product operating model (pods/triads)
- Technical experience
- Experience building event management tools
- Bachelor's degree
