Job Description:
We are seeking a Level 2 IT Support Specialist to provide white glove technical support to end users in a fast-paced financial environment. This role requires exceptional customer service, strong troubleshooting skills, and experience supporting executives and high-profile users with urgency and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Provide white glove IT support to executives, VIPs, and end users, ensuring a seamless technology experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across Windows and macOS environments.
- Support Microsoft 365, VPN, virtual desktops, and collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
- Manage and escalate complex technical issues to Level 3 teams when necessary.
- Assist with device setup, upgrades, and replacements (laptops, mobile devices, peripherals).
- Provide hands-on support for AV and conference room technology in a corporate setting.
- Document solutions and contribute to knowledge-based articles for efficient problem resolution.
- Ensure all support requests are handled with professionalism, discretion, and a customer-first approach.
Requirements:
- 3 years of Level 2 IT support experience, preferably in a financial or corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VPNs, and mobile device management (MDM).
- Experience providing white glove support to executives and high-profile users.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) for ticket tracking and documentation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to support users of varying technical proficiency.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and deliver exceptional service in a high-stakes environment.
