Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented SSIS Developer to join our team. The SSIS Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL development and experience with SSIS packages.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Design, develop, and maintain SSIS packages to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
- Collaborate with business analysts and data engineers to understand data requirements and design ETL solutions.
- Optimize SSIS packages for performance and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with data integration processes.
- Document ETL processes and provide training to end users.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices for ETL development.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Proven experience as an SSIS Developer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in SQL and T-SQL
- Experience working with SQL Server databases.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
