Hiring Now – AWS Solution Architect AWS #SolutionArchitect #AWSGuru #ProjectManager We are seeking an experienced AWS Solution Architect to lead AWS cloud migration efforts , design and develop Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) capabilities, and optimize solution engineering, risk analysis, mitigation strategies, and business continuity on the AWS platform. This is a senior-level role where you will work directly with the Senior Technical Architect and CEO to provide scalable, high-performance, and reliable cloud solutions. Key Responsibilities : Lead AWS cloud migration initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition while maintaining security and compliance. Design, develop, and deploy scalable, resilient, and cost-effective cloud architectures. Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or CDK to automate cloud infrastructure deployment. Provide specialized guidance on AWS domains such as serverless computing, analytics, and machine learning to optimize workload performance. Conduct risk analysis and mitigation strategies to improve business continuity and disaster recovery plans . Ensure cloud architecture evolves with AWS advancements , staying up-to-date with best practices and new AWS services. Assess workloads against AWS Well-Architected Framework and provide actionable insights for optimization . Create in-depth documentation , including architectural blueprints, technical reports, and best practice recommendations. Collaborate with developers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders to align cloud strategies with enterprise goals. Utilize containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, ECS) to enhance application performance and scalability. Required Experience & Skills : 7 years of hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and managing AWS cloud solutions. Strong expertise in AWS core services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFront, Route 53, API Gateway, etc.). Proficiency in serverless architectures, microservices, and container orchestration . Deep knowledge of cloud security best practices, IAM policies, encryption, and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA, FedRAMP, etc.). Experience in performance tuning, cost optimization, and high-availability architecture designs . Hands-on expertise in CI / CD pipelines, DevOps methodologies, and automation using AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Bitbucket. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to translate business requirements into technical cloud solutions.
