Job Details
We are seeking a detail-oriented IVR Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to ensure the performance, reliability, and user experience of our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in testing IVR applications, validating call flows, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and business requirements. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to identify issues, improve system performance, and enhance the overall customer experience.

- Any call center software experience is OK but Five9 is a plus.
- MUST be fluent in SPANISH
