What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Manager position at IT Avalon?
- Coverage for two agile teams, currently working on Pharmacy requirements, includes management of three product managers who are implementing epics/stories and driving development.
- May include work on short-term and long-term roadmaps for pharmacy digital features.
- Own accountability and prioritization over execution and delivery of the digital product roadmap for the Pharmacy Reimagined project.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, including engineers, designers, and business stakeholders, in a fast paced, agile environment and be responsible for conception, design, development, delivery, maintenance, and evolution of the customer experience including translating business and user needs into product features.
- Review, analyze, collect and take action on qualitative and quantitative findings from Customer Satisfaction Surveys, user testing and additional customer feedback loops including google analytics, performance monitoring etc.
- Write and breakdown epics independently. Write and review detailed user stories and acceptance criteria covering multiple user-types.
- Utilize product management tools to create, manage, and prioritize agile team backlog.
- Mentor, understand, and drive User Experience (UX) research and design to craft high-quality, engaging user experiences.
- Participate and engage in agile ceremonies; facilitate those required for product artifacts as they support product outcomes.
- Demonstrate high-level understanding of technical concepts and architectural impact.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to ensure delivery of the aligned product outcomes.
