Our bank leverages the Q2 eBanking hosted platform and Client for payment processing-experience with these technologies is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product development by driving the continuous delivery of features and enhancements to improve the digital banking experience.
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring effective prioritization of features, improvements, and bug fixes to maintain platform reliability.
- Enhance customer experience (UX) by shaping the platform's design, functionality, and future evolution to meet user needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to align product strategy with business goals.
- Monitor industry trends and user feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive differentiation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in digital banking, fintech, or payments.
- Strong understanding of online and mobile banking platforms and digital payment workflows.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management, and feature development.
- Ability to balance business priorities, technical feasibility, and user experience.
- Good understanding of Product Space including competition
- Have knowledge of compliance, risk, and regulations relative to online and mobile banking
- Strong communication and leadership skills to drive product vision and execution.
