This position will be remote. Working hours will be flexibly 8-5 based on time zone. Some afterhours work may be required. 24x7 on-call work may be required on a rotating basis.
What you ll be responsible for:
- Support IT infrastructure solutions.
- Monitors systems for optimum performance and availability.
- Installs, configures and maintains systems.
- Troubleshoots and resolves customer and internally-reported system problems.
- Implements and monitors corporate security policies.
- Documents and implements system procedures, policies and events.
- May perform other support functions as requested.
What you ll need to have:
- Minimum of five years of experience in systems/network administration or related field.
- Five years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory Infrastructure (ADDS, DNS, Group Policy)
- This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
What would be nice for you to have:
- Bachelor s degree is preferred
- Applicable industry standard certification(s) preferred.
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, VBScript or other command-line tools relating to Active Directory Domain Services
- Experience with Splunk and/or Chronicle
- Proficiency in MFA, SSO, Kerberos, PAM, Active Directory and Azure tools, as well as working with REST API.
- Familiarity with NIST, PCI-DSS, and other industry frameworks. Certifications (CISSP, AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with Splunk and/or Chronicle and strong documentation skills.
