Chief Operating Officer

This is an onsite, in-person role based in Freehold, NJ with required domestic and global travel.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Runs the day-to-day business operations of our global organization
• Owns the P&L and global oversight of the roll-up from India and the Philippines
• Driving accountability within multiple divisions
• Manages EOS Framework
• Executing on Strategic Planning and ensuring organizational goals are being met by teams
• Implements company vision throughout the organization
• Manages Organizations KPIs for growth
• Leads the management team through clear, concise communication and structured collaboration
• Fosters team leadership across the organization
• Organization Financial Planning and Management
• Leads and manages the finance team
• Defines, streamlines, and governs operational processes and procedures
• Monitors and manages legal matters needing attention
• Experience in leading and managing change

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

• Experience working for a Technology Service Provider
• 5 years Global Operations experience at the senior management or higher level
• 5 years of P&L management experience, with proven scalability with profitability
• Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
• Business degree plus continued executive certifications

Preferred:

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree
• LEAN Certification or equivalent experience.
• Experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) Network Operations Center (NOC), Security Operations Center (SOC), Helpdesk, IT Infrastructure Management, offshore IT dedicated staff)

Desired:

• Familiarity or experience with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System)
• Entrepreneurial experience or mindset
