What are the responsibilities and job description for the Partner Account Executive position at IT by Design?
The Partner Account Representative will be responsible for selling of IT by Design’s talent management SaaS platform to new prospects within the IT services industry and IT verticals. You will work with new prospects to assess their needs, present IT by Design’s offerings, and guide them through the sales process to closure.
Responsibilities
- Work with new prospects to qualify their needs and guide them through a defined sales process.
- The ability/experience to cold call and generate leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects from initial contact to closing, ensuring ongoing engagement and customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas based on additional revenue, collaborating closely with sales team members to ensure success.
- Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks, ensuring that all services and projects are successfully delivered.
Education and Experience
- Background in HR, Payroll, Recruiting, or Talent Management is strongly preferred, with a demonstrated ability to navigate processes related to employee lifecycle management, compliance, and workforce planning.
- 1 to 5 years of sales experience.
- Experience demonstrating product to prospects.
- Strong understanding of IT applications, processes, and software.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including telephony skills, active listening, and customer-care abilities.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with a focus on results.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changes in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong organizational and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to both technical and business audiences.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
