Job Title: Project Manager - Billing System Implementation

Job Location: Remote (Occasionally travel to Tampa FL)

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Zone invoicing system, ensuring alignment with business and financial requirements.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring successful execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, IT, and external vendors, to drive project milestones.
• Oversee the migration from Zuora to Zone, ensuring a seamless transition and minimal business disruption.
• Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
• Establish best practices and document workflows for the new billing system.
• Provide ongoing project updates to key stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements throughout implementation.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager leading billing system implementations.
• Must have worked for a SaaS company, with knowledge of subscription billing models.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles related to invoicing and billing.
• Familiarity with Zuora and Zone (or similar billing platforms) is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to risk management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.
