Duties
- Develop and execute transformation strategies that align with the company's vision and objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of projects aimed at improving processes and systems.
- Utilize software tools, including Salesforce, to manage customer relationships and track project progress.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and partners to support transformation initiatives.
- Monitor project performance metrics and report on progress to senior management.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovative thinking among team members.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years experience in strategic planning, project management, and business development.
- All candidates must have completed the SteepleChange FRAME ICT Change certification
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management software, particularly Salesforce.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen understanding of market dynamics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong senior communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
