Responsibilities
- Develop and implement change management strategies that maximize employee engagement and minimize resistance.
- Collaborate with senior project managers to ensure alignment of change initiatives with project objectives.
- Conduct impact assessments to identify potential challenges and risks associated with changes.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to prepare employees for upcoming changes.
- Utilize customer relationship management software, such as Salesforce, to track progress and gather feedback.
- Monitor the effectiveness of change initiatives through metrics and reporting, making adjustments as necessary.
- Negotiate with stakeholders to ensure buy-in for change initiatives and address any concerns.
- Engage in strategic planning sessions to identify market opportunities and align change efforts accordingly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, with a strong understanding of change management principles.
- Excellent business development skills, demonstrating the ability to identify growth opportunities within the organization.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management software, particularly Salesforce, is preferred.
- Strong strategic planning capabilities, with a focus on aligning initiatives with market demands.
- Exceptional negotiation skills, capable of fostering collaboration among diverse teams.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- A Change Management certification is highly regarded such as Prosci/Adkar or SteepleChange FRAME ICT Change Certification.
