Duties
- Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project schedules using tools such as Smartsheet and Visio.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and executed effectively.
- Implement change management processes to adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Manage project risks by identifying potential issues and developing mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate business process modeling sessions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure requirements management is conducted thoroughly throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of systems.
- Proficiency in project scheduling tools such as Smartsheet and Visio.
- Familiarity with business process modeling techniques is a plus.
- A relevant degree or certification in Project Management is preferred.
- A certification with SteepleChange FRAME ICT Change is highly desirable
