Sales Account Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Account Support: Assist Account and Key Account Managers in managing customer accounts, addressing inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Sales Coordination: Support the sales team with order processing, tracking, and ensuring timely deliveries. Maintain accurate sales records.
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as a key point of contact, providing updates and ensuring exceptional service.
• Project & Order Management: Coordinate client needs with internal teams and oversee order processing from entry to fulfillment.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed on cosmetic products and ingredients to address client queries.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare sales reports, track performance, and manage CRM data.
• Administrative Support: Handle schedules, documents, and meeting coordination for the sales team.
• Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to support sales strategies.
• Trade Shows & Events: Represent the company at industry events to engage potential clients.
• Client Communication: Maintain consistent client engagement via phone, email, and other channels.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2 years in sales support, customer service, or account management (preferably in cosmetics/beauty/skincare).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and analytical abilities.
• Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), CRM & ERP software.
• Mindset: Customer-focused, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Bilingual in English & Korean

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
