Order Processing Specialist

IT Creations, Inc. has an immediate opening for an Order Processing Specialist who will be in charge of processing customer orders by creating sales orders and invoices for daily purchases, activating new customer accounts, and more.

What will you do?

Order processing specialists work in collaboration with other teams such as sales and quality control for accurate capture and validation of orders. You will need to communicate with customers regarding payment for orders and ensure that customer requests are met accurately and in time for delivery or pick up.

More Specifically…

· Create sales order by entering data from our company portal containing a purchase order or company proposal.

· Check inventory to make sure the required products are in stock. And communicate with procurement department regarding out-of-stock items.

· Process payments

· Make sure invoices are accurate, and emailed daily

· Other duties as they are assigned

What do we need from you?

· Professional, positive, and uplifting attitude

· Be extremely attentive to detail, and catch your own mistakes

· Consistent and prompt attendance

· Knowledge with Windows, MS Word, Excel, & Outlook

· Familiarity with accounting programs and software such as QuickBooks Enterprise

· Excellent English verbal and written skills

· The ability to organize and maintain a neat and presentable work space

This is an in-person position – no remote option available

Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
