Location: Miami, FL (Locals ONLY - Registered and currently located in Miami, FL)

Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extension

Must-have Skills
5 years of exp in software implementation and business process analysis; exp with Data Analysis Tools (Power BI and/or ETL); Data Management and Infrastructure exp, SQL
Preferred
Governmental exp, Courts and Traffic departments.
Additional information: The candidate should be able to provide an ID if the interview is requested. The candidate interviewing must be the same individual who will be assigned to work with our client.

Requirements
- Availability to work 100% at the Client’s site in Miami, FL;
- Experience in software implementation and business process analysis (5 years)
- Experience with Data Analysis Tools (Power BI and/or ETL)
- Data Management and Infrastructure exp, SQL
- Experience in working with complex IT software projects in a large organization using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Translate business requirements into User Stories, technical specifications, and system design through interviews, workshops, and meetings.
- Analyze existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Provide actionable business insights based on data analysis to support strategic software integration and architectural design.
- Conduct system testing, including functional and integration testing, and assist with user acceptance testing to ensure quality and reliability.
- Manage project tasks related to business analysis using Waterfall and Agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery through progress tracking and coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers, providing regular updates, status reports, and presentations.
- Monitor and evaluate system performance, identify areas for improvement, conduct post-implementation reviews, and recommend enhancements to optimize functionality and user experience.
