Business Analyst role is open in West Michigan. This position requires someone to be onsite in the Greater Grand Rapids area.
- - CRM focused projects
- - Define data needs for audience segmentation, determine campaign triggers, validate data for accurate campaign execution, identify trends, ensure data integrity, recommend improvements to the CRM strategy
- - Liaison between Marketing, Technology and Corporate Data teams
- - Looking for a technical expert, providing technical advice and assistance
- - Program/process owner, setting strategy and protocol for program/process
- - 6-8 years' experience in digital marketing, eCommerce or CRM analytics
- - Experience with data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio)
- - Proficiency in querying data using SQL
- - Experience with SaaS marketing automation platforms
