Title: Scrum Master (onsite)
Work authorization: any (candidate must be authorized to work in US
Must-have skills: 2 y exp as IT Scrum Master
Location: Juno Beach, FL

Requirements
- Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
- Experience as an IT Scrum Master;
- Experience balancing 2-3 agile teams and implementing strategic initiatives.
- Conducts complex operational analyses and leads medium to large project teams that support informed decision making within the business unit;
- Review and approve findings to be presented to senior management;
- Conduct statistical analyses, and coordinating with other business units regarding initiatives;
- Encourage Agile behaviors, reinforce practices, norms, ceremonies, and support the overall team performance and efficiency
- Create an environment whereby the team is motivated, self-organizing and self-sufficient
- Organize and facilitate effective Scrum rituals: backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review, and sprint retrospective;
- Mentor and guide lower level analysts.
