Title: Security Management Analyst

Location: Tallahassee, FL

Duration: 12 months

Seniority on the skill/s required on this requirement: Sr.

Pay Rate: $60/hr

Must-have skills: 5 y of IT security exp; network exp; SIEM

Requirements

• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
• Experience with server or network administration experience (5 years);
• Experience with information security administration experience in an enterprise environment with 1,000 or more users (3 years);
• Experience managing technical implementations (2 years);
• SIEM experience (3 years);
• Vulnerability management experience (3 years);
• Experience with security issues, techniques, and implications across all existing computer platforms;
• Experience maintaining and supporting 3rd party antivirus applications
• Preferred:
• Experience working with IDS/IPS systems;
• Experience using Office 365 Data Loss Prevention (DLP);
• Experience Preparing status reports and providing management briefings;
• Experience with IT standards in a criminal justice environment;
• Experience with Microsoft security technologies such as Azure Security Center, Microsoft
• Defender, and Active Directory;
• Experience with law enforcement security standards, specifically CJIS, and other relevant state of Florida regulations.
  
  

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To The Following

• Lead technical security project implementations, focusing on system hardening, network security, and IAM within Microsoft and Azure environments;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy security solutions aligned with law enforcement standards;
• Configure and manage security tools like SIEM, Azure Security Center, and endpoint security solutions for robust threat detection and response;
• Develop and maintain incident response procedures, conduct root cause analyses, and implement remediation strategies;
• Ensure compliance with CJIS, and other relevant security standards, assisting with audits and addressing compliance gaps;
• Document cybersecurity processes and provide targeted training for IT staff, focusing on CJIS and regulatory compliance;
• Re-engineer and optimize security processes to enhance efficiency and align with evolving Microsoft and Azure standards.
