Delivery Manager - Banking & Capital markets
Technical Skills:
Java, spring, web service, data technologies and well read/versed in next gen technologies such as digital, cloud, RPA, analytics, big data etc
Must have
Must have handled banking account portfolios and P& L responsibility Banking & Capital markets experience needed
Proven experience in client management, coordination and negotiation skills. Must have ability to connect closely with customer
Experience in delivery management for cross & next gen skills (Cloud migration / data / insights / modeling / experience rewrite etc) and projects using methodologies such as Agile (scrum, feature driven, lean, squad-tribe, etc)
Must have grown and driven portfolios exceeding 10M-15M and headcounts >150 employees in onshore offshore model
Preferred expertise in Java, spring, web service, data technologies and well read/versed in next gen technologies such as digital, cloud, RPA, analytics, big data etc
Experience in directing and owning solution effort with solution groups and delivery teams for proactive business proposals & RFPs
Strong P&L & operational management experience
Strong people management, mentoring and leadership skills
Excellent written, spoken and presentation skills
Ability to own and drive growth in a portfolio
Role will have revenue and profitability targets
Decisions on new business pricing, cost of resources, utilization, operational spend
Past experience of having played offshore delivery management role is a plus
