Account Executive

POSITION SUMMARY

The Account Executive plays a key role in driving sales performance, developing strategic sales plans, and supporting the success of the Sales division. This full-time, exempt position works closely with and reports directly to the Vice President. The base salary ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 annually, with additional earning potential through commission.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Develops and executes strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and business growth objectives.

· Identifies new business opportunities and cultivates relationships with prospective clients.

· Manages procurement efforts, including contract review and sourcing to support operational needs.

· Collaborates with the President/CEO and other stakeholders on marketing initiatives, brand development, and communication strategies to enhance the sales pipeline.

· Reviews and refines sales approaches to optimize effectiveness and customer engagement.

· Utilizes CRM tools to track performance metrics and maintain comprehensive records of sales activities.

· Attends client meetings and prospect engagements to represent the company and close deals.

· Fosters strong cross-functional relationships with internal teams to support client needs and strategic goals.

· Conducts ongoing market research and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.

· Performs additional duties and special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.

· Demonstrated success in a senior-level sales role with measurable results.

· Strong background in consultative sales, with experience managing executive-level client relationships.

· Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving capabilities.

· Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

· Proficient in delivering compelling presentations and negotiating effectively.

· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

NOTES

· This hybrid role may require occasional travel by car.

· A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
