You Will :

Lead and mentor a team of revenue cycle admins and system specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance team productivity and effectiveness.
Workload distribution Management for the Revenue Cycle Systems team
Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute long-term strategies for revenue cycle improvements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and integration.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding revenue cycle systems.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment of revenue cycle activities.
Address complex issues and challenges related to revenue cycle systems, employing critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Make informed decisions that balance short-term needs with long-term organizational goals

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent college experience, or a Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.

Strong project management skills with experience managing complex projects.

Analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for decision-making.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Proficiency with revenue cycle management systems and software.

Ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
