- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop comprehensive business solutions.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the investment banking sector.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial models to evaluate investment opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout all business processes.
- Provide training and support to junior analysts and team members as needed.
- Continuously monitor industry developments and best practices to enhance analytical methodologies.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably within the investment banking sector.
- Relevant qualifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or an MBA with a financial focus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, or similar software.
