Analysis of existing content architecture, including the structure, categorization, and flow of content on our platforms.
Researching and evaluating how AFSG and client enterprise technology may impact content architecture.
Identifying risks and impacts of current and future technology systems and tools such as AI, contextual help, Adobe, Acrolinx, and Coveo.
Providing a comprehensive recommendation.
