Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in full-stack development of web-based, n-tier applications, and L3 product support.
- Experience in using/setup up Monitoring and log capturing tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, etc.
- Working experience in Agile, DevOps, and an Onshore/Offshore model.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business users.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Working knowledge in the Cloud is a plus.
- Application development, bug fixes, enhancements, and L3 production support.
- Work closely with IT and business users.
- Conduct Problem Management and Incident Management.
- Demonstrate continuous improvement.
